These Terms are a legal agreement between you and FuelBotics. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.

• Plans auto‑renew unless you cancel per your order form.
• Fees exclude taxes and third‑party processor terms apply.
• Non‑payment may lead to suspension.

• Don’t reverse‑engineer or build competing services from FuelBotics.
• Don’t transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Don’t interfere with performance or security; follow plan limits.

• We implement reasonable safeguards for Customer Data.
• You must have rights/consents to the data you submit.

Any SLA commitments will be stated in your order form or separate SLA. We aim to schedule maintenance during low‑usage windows.

• Trials may convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Disputes will be handled in the courts of the contracting entity’s jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law. Standard warranty disclaimers and liability limits apply.
